Core Values
1. All students are mathematically brilliant.
2. Mathematics is a web (not a ladder).
3. Relationships matter.
4. Learning is social (for students and teachers).
5. Increased participation leads to increased learning.
6. Status hierarchies (who is perceived as smart or not) often determine how we participate, (often by race, gender, and other characteristics) and we must work to dismantle the hierarchies.
